Valencia CF wanted to be present at Roberto Gil's final farewell. Valencia CF's executive director and board member, Joey Lim, and the VCF Foundation's general director, Teo Swee Wei, attended the mass in honour of the Valencianista legend on Saturday. Valencia CF social ambassadors Miguel Ángel Bossio and Miguel Tendillo also wished to bid farewell to Roberto Gil.
Also present were Fernando Giner, former Valencia CF player and president of the VCF Footballers' Association, as well as other former VCF players such as Vicente Guillot, Robert Fernández and Javier Subirats, among others.
